Registration Information

Accommodations and Meals

To keep our administrative surcharges to a minimum, and to give you greater flexibility and choice, we

ask that you arrange for your own accommodations. A list of local inns and community homes for each

conference may be found on our Accommodations Page.

Payment

The fee for the three-day conference is $350.00. A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is due with this

registration form, and the remaining $275.00 is due on May 15, 2009. A late fee of $35 will be charged

for payments made after that time. Please pay by check of money order. To pay by credit card, use the

PayPal buttons at our Payment Page.

International Postal Money Order made out to US funds.
